occupied staging
We’ve approached every detail with the care an artist would give to his or her masterpiece. Occupied Staging is using some of the furniture and accessories appropriate for the style of the home that belongs to the home owner. Most of the time the home owner is still living in the home. We use selective pieces to create an environment that attracts the masses. As proud patrons of creativity, we feature original works made by local artists throughout the homes whenever possible. Below are some of our favorite stagings we’ve worked on.
LINENS
Let yourself be embraced by luxurious 500-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets and fluffy down duvets. . Each towel, no matter the size, is 600-gram cotton terry for extra absorbency and softness. All our linens are made by UK bedding artisans Stella & Co.
Art Work
Using art work from other rooms can most definitely freshen up a room. We survey each room during the walk through consultation, observing possible unseen jewels of art work and accessories.
Fine Dining On-Site
Our staging always considers the families daily needs and make adjustments accordingly. This was a single family condo with a young child, so having a clear dining table for homework and meals was very important to the mother. We also wanted to provide a comfortable area for potential buyers to image as their home too.
Young Adults
This room has recycled some of the colorful & vibrate energy that was lacking in here….due to excessive clutter. After a brief declutter and a little organizing the room was light and inviting again.
